I just glanced over some of my older posts. Update on my boots (that got horribly wet on the day I quilted with Myrtie): I cleaned them gently (it was a fail) to try and remove the white salt lines on them and then I did spray them with the protectant. I'm going to try and have Dad take them to the dry cleaners. I love my boots. I want them in tip-top condition. Next year I'll remember to spray them first. And I'll probably be spraying them all winter long too.
