My photo
I'm not trying to be just another normal girl, in a messed up world. I'm living for Christ, not afraid to fight for what's right. While I'm waiting, I will serve You, while I'm waiting, I will worship, while I'm waiting, I will not faint, I'll be running the race, even while I wait. I will move ahead bold and confidant, taking every step in obedience, while I'm waiting.

Isn't that lovely?

Some things I will condense into one post later:
1. I share some characteristics with Peter Pan. Both need a mother and a bedtime.

2. It was much too soon in the year to switch from flannel sheets to cotton. I'm so cold.
3. I really should have done my laundry yesterday.
4. The sky is breathtaking at 4:45 a.m.
5. Facebook truly is a time-stealing guzzling consuming devouring pastime and one I need to limit myself on its usage.

6. If it's nearing 5:45 already and my alarm is set for 8:45, should I bother to sleep at all?
7. I have to remember to tell mum about seeing Rob and my letter.

My numbered ramblings condensed at 4:42 p.m. I did not sleep for the intended amount of time, but instead until 12:15. Very sad. I fell asleep without turning my phone off from the silent setting and therefore my alarms were unable to go off and rudely jerk me awake. I rescheduled my car appointment for Thursday. My eyes don't feel good. I hate my contacts. I hate my glasses more. You see the problem.

I'm still in my pajamas. I should get dressed like a regular person but I just don't have the mental strength. Sophie is working with the "Leaf" family* today and I offered to pick her up tonight. I should ask what time that is supposed to be. Mum is taking Grace to her softball game tonight and that doesn't work very well for Sophie. My dad just got home very early so it's possible he could go get her. I haven't decided. My brain feels fuzzy today. I'm giving part of the blame to the uncomfortable state of my eyes. Ugh.

*"Leaf" is my mom's blog nickname for someone in the family, as my mom gives code names to a lot of people she mentions in it. I decided to do the same in this instance.

about 4:45 a.m., my backyard.
